Born and raised in West Baltimore, Bill was educated in private schools and earned a BS degree in business from Loyola College. His work ethic and habits started at age nine while working in a family-owned business. He became licensed to sell real estate in 1964 with Caton Realty and was named Sales Manager in 1975 and General Manager/Vice President in 1980. Bill acquired the company in 1990 and has overseen and marketed in excess of $1.5 Billion in real estate and continues to be hands-on in the everyday operation of WEICHERT, REALTORS® - Caton Properties formerly Caton Realty. A Howard County resident since 1967, Bill is married with four children and 4 grandchildren. His leisure time is spent golfing, traveling, gardening, outdoor grilling and supporting the Baltimore Ravens Football team, of which he is an avid fan.
